Single Origin Cocoa is cocoa beans that come from a single plantation without being mixed or flavored with seeds from other places in order to maintain the unique taste of each area. The taste will be different according to the geography and will indicate the identity of that plantation, or what is called Hyperlocal. For example, if we try Single Origin Cocoa from a coffee plantation, the cocoa will have a coffee aroma as well. So Kindr chose to use Single Origin Cocoa to give a clear character of the cocoa that is an ingredient in Kindr.
